Regular followers of our blog and newsletter, will know we are huge fans of Robert Cialdini and his work on influencing and persuasion. I was therefore very excited when I saw this animation that Professor Cialdini has just created outlining his six principles of influence. It's well worth twelve minutes of your time to watch.
