I appreciate this quote. Many people think we can templatize and codify, judgment, decision making and problem solving. However, we can never fully express or assess everything that went into a decision. It is ineffable.
The minute we can reiterate all that went into a decision, we are no longer making judgments, we are calculating.
Making judgments is what humans do that computers and robots cannot. It is the essence of human work and creativity. It is what organizations hire people to do.
