Storytelling in organisations (and organizations)

By Shawn. Filed in Narrative, Storytelling.

The Anecdote website is all about storytelling in organisations. You can get an idea of how we use business narrative by checking out how we help organisations use business narrative. But to get you started with some ideas, here are a few links to posts other people have found useful (based in del.icio.us).

I enjoy following your blog. I find story telling very interesting. However, I'm also looking for examples from companies that actually apply story telling. How do they record the stories? More importantly: how are the stories shared, distribute? And how to other employees search in the stories? Could you post on this topic or did you already? I know that e.g. Nasa used story telling techniques, but I've only read a high-level story ;-) on what they do and not about its practical implications.
