We just finished a series of seminars in Australia on how we're helping organisations retain knowledge using narrative techniques. As part of our presentation we shared a couple of videos of our client, Arthur Shelley from Cadbury Schweppes, talking about how knowledge has been lost, shared and recovered in his organisation. Here's one of those videos retelling the story of Cadbury's chocolate reactors. I will share the rest of the videos on You Tube over the coming weeks.
