Cynefin certification training

By Shawn Callahan. Follow me on Twitter. Filed in .

I'm off to Sydney tomorrow to conduct the Cynefin certification training with Dave Snowden. This year we are running two streams: one for practitioners and the other for researchers. I'm looking forward to meeting everyone.

Curious as to what Cynefin certification training would entail.

I'm familiar with Cynefin from a couple of Snowden's papers. While I find the model very compelling and likely quite correct, I'm at a loss on how one could train someone in Cynefin or certify that the training was successful.

Am I just too wrapped up in a particular frame of what training and certification means here, or am I unaware of some evolution in Cynefin that makes it more amenable to a training model?
